Keeper of Lore

A Commentary on Snowpine’s Folio of Keys

This book was written by Ruby Waterpeak and published in 1385, which was 126 years after Snowpine’s Folio of Keys was written. Lark Snowpine did not write her Keys with the purpose of them being used for magic. Ruby wrote the Commentary after discovering that the Keys could be used to perform magic. The commentary itself is Ruby’s list of what each Key means and the uses for it in spellwork.

On Linomnount, Snowpine’s Folio of Keys and A Commentary on Snowpine’s Folio of Keys are two distinct books. Ruby did not include the text of Snowpine’s Keys in her book. She intended for each book to be reviewed side by side as the need for magic arose.

The Keys and the Commentaries are all exclusive to Keeper of Lore Quarterly ebooks.

What follows is the List of Keys By Use. This was assembled by Ruby Waterpeak and published in her book. I have listed it here for convenience, since her book is split up into individual issues of KOLQ.
