We all remembered that Trump is a liar, right? We knew that from his first term as president. We also remembered that he would say anything to get elected, right? We knew that from his first term. We remembered that he will flip-flop on any issue, right? We knew that.
All the people that voted for him should have remembered these things and been ok with them. Now they are astonished that the known liar is lying. Now they are absolutely gobsmacked that the man without principles has no principles.
He said ON TV that he would become a dictator when elected. It is happening right now and his supporters are surprised that he broke his promises, is working to dismantle America and enrich himself. They can't believe that he is doing what he said he would do.
To all of the people that voted for a dictator because they didn't like how Biden handled the situation in Gaza: I hope you feel stupid. It was very obvious that Trump wanted to hurt Palestinians. Now he declared that the U.S. is going to take it. For real. I hope that you are embarrassed and that you learned your lesson. Grifters gonna grift. And you got grifted.
Why are people surprised that the man that said he would dismantle the government is dismantling the government? Are you aware that the government is the thing that does all the stuff for you? It's pretty simple. Do you benefit from civilization? That happens because of government. Is the government perfect? Heck no, but they were trying to help. Now that Republicans control the government, the mandate has changed from "serve our citizens" to "hurt our citizens and take their money."
